“We enjoyed our stay in this very cozy property. It was just the right fit for a family holiday escape into the country. Very peaceful and beautiful. It even snowed on Christmas Day. ”

“The location of the cabin is unparalleled! It’s so close to the wildlife protection area you can walk there. The cabin itself is so cute and cozy, with really comfortable beds. We wished there was a little more of a living room/lounge area as the one sofa was a little cramped, but beyond that it was a really nice stay! The wrap around porch is gorgeous and although we were there on a snowy day, would have otherwise loved to enjoy the outdoor living space. Austin was super communicative and……

“What a beautiful home in the woods. They have everything you need. I was surprised they even have a pressure cooker. The house was clean. The communication with the manager and owner was on top. We had a problem with the water heater that was resolved immediately and we had hot water in no time. We really enjoyed our time in the property. Definitely recommend this place if you’re going to Pagosa Springs. I’ll definitely will look for this property again. Love the place. ”
