“Perfect cabin for four (2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom)!”

“The home was super clean and spacious. The front desk staff contacted us before our arrival and were super attentive. Location is perfect as it’s in a nice community and 20 mins from tubing or skiing. Downtown Truckee is only 10 mins away.”

“This was a great property and the host was amazing. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because there was an iced over snowbank in the drive way that I had to break up and remove before I could pull my car into the driveway. Not a big deal since they had salt and a snow shovel by the front door. Overall a great value and would stay here again. The dogs loved it too! ”

“Views of the lake were spectacular and would come back for another visit. A few suggestions for the owner to consider, would be to upgrade the cable service to include premium apps like Netflix and Hulu so guests can login to their account and watch movies and shows. ”

“Excellent, modern, and comfortable stay !! This property is almost brand new, clean, centrally located close to the beach, skiing (diamond peak ski resort), with filtered lake views, south facing with plenty of sun during the day. It has a carport and even tesla charging port (even we didn’t need to use it). Kitchen is well equipped. Radiant floor heating was very comfortable. Great value, great location !”

“I really appreciate the communication with AvanStay, if I had any issue or questions I received a quick response. The location was great and the condo had everything we needed for our stay-spices, appliances (including washer and dryer), basics for coffee and so on. I did think the furniture in the unit was very outdated and should be replaced with newer pieces. The unit does not have AC but plenty of fans were provided. Overall I thought the unit was nice and would rate it an 8 out of 10”
