"Very friendly and helpful Staff. It was a very comfortable stay and felt like at home.We also booked our day trips to Ninh Binh and Halong Bay with the hotel where they gave us good discounts and tour services were excellent. The location of the hotel is the best where everything is nearby. Would love to stay at this hotel again if we visit Hanoi next time."

"今回は3泊のステイでした。雰囲気もよくスタッフの方もフレンドリー、とても快適に過ごすことができました！お部屋はストリートビューのタイプで、バスタブのある部屋をアレンジしてもらいました。朝食も色々種類があってよかった，ロケーションも旧市街地の教会のすぐ近くで，食事などもとても便利でした！"

"The hotel is in centre of old quarter, very crowded and busy traffic. You have to pay attention to the motorbikes and cars around in such narrow street. Night markets and many restaurants are nearby. (But not accessible during weekend nights when roads are blocked for pedestrian zones) The hotel room is smaller than expected, and not soundproof. Anyone passed by / speaking outside will easily wake you up. Yet, I should give credit to the hotel staff especially they are very kind and polite and will greet you every time. We had some issues in the bathtub and they are able to deal with it quickly and solve the problem."

"The hotel is without a doubt one of the best I’ve stayed in when it comes to service. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. We had birthdays during our stay and the staff made sure to leave us with cake and birthday cards in our room on the right days. When I let them know about an issue with the room they went in with a maintenance person immediately to address the problem. The hotel is also very conveniently located and within walkable distance from major attractions. The only thing is I wish there was more variety in the breakfast options each day, as it was mostly the same everyday. Also, there was a leakage problem in the bathtub area that they attempted to fix but ultimately were unable to so we were just given extra towels to soak up the water, which was unfortunate. Otherwise this truly was a great stay and I don’t remember the last time I slept so well in recent months."

"The staff there are very nice. However, the design is a bit creepy for Asian people especially those with Chinese cultural background. There is a spirit tablet (神主牌）in the lobby. They also used joss paper like lamps inside the room."
