“Check in process was horrible. I was supposed to check in at 4 so I arrived one hour early. I hadn’t received my access code so I reached out to the host. I didn’t get a response until 4:35 with my access code with an apology saying she didn’t know what happened. I was so tired and hot from the long drive for us to have to keep waiting on our host to reply. I booked this stay on July 5th, our stay was July 10th ridicules waste of time trying to get in our rental to rest. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at this property when we visited Houston! The host, Natalie, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was nothing short of great. She was very communicative and shared a number of restaurant recommendations with us, which we love when visiting a new city. The unit was clean and super chic (my girlfriend was obsessed with the decor), was in a great location in downtown close to the convention center, and was far more than enough room for two people. “Facility was nice. DRIFTRS, the management company, is really bad. We were there for 4 days. Upon arrival we noticed no toilet paper and half the light bulbs burned out. The place was so dark I needed a flashlight to use the kitchen. We reported these issues immediately. They told us to use kitchen paper towels as toilet paper and did not respond to all the burned out light bulbs. We woke up every morning with the apartment hot and stuffy. “My girlfriend and I were attending our Rice U alumni event. The condo was perfect for both of us. It was clean and had the amenities we needed. It was a little sparse on kitchen supplies, but it met our need.”

“We went to Houston for the college classic baseball tournament and needed a spot for one night with friends. Location is better for NRG than downtown but the drive was only 15 minutes away. Not bad at all. Place was very clean and checkin directions very easy.”

“Everything was really great except towels left in the dryer and one under the bed in the master room. Also, the third bedroom doesn't have a door, so my son was a bit bummed with not having full privacy.”
