“Clean and stylish hotel. Staff are very nice, always smiling and provide help. Good location next to the national museum. The French restaurent is very good, but only open for dinner. Food quality in the other restaurant Citadel needs to be improved though.”

“Amazing end to end experience from airport pickup to airport dropoff. The airport pickup was on time and we were welcomed by a cold towel and a fresh coconut which was refreshing under the hot and humid Cambodia weather. When we arrived the hotel, all the hotel staffs came to welcome us and make us feel home. “The service was exceptional. Everything was complimentary, and everyone was super nice to us. That being said, the room itself left much to be desired. It was dated and dingy. The bathroom had stains that couldn’t be removed with cleaning. It also didn’t have enough hooks to hang all the towels. The bed had truly horrific pillows that will take our necks days to recover from. The property itself is pretty with a stunning pool. However, there is no elevator, and you’ll have to drag yourself up……

“The staff at this hotel were outstanding - always friendly and helpful with any questions that we had. Breakfast was also wonderful, with a good choice of made to order options with fresh fruit. The on-site restaurant also serves lunch and dinner which were also good. They provided a brown bag breakfast when we had an early departure for our sunrise Angkor tour. The location is convenient for restaurants, shopping, and the Angkor National Museum. I highly recommend this hotel. ”

“相片和期望不乎，職員帶我地去suite 門口時，門外地板係掘空既，跟本入唔到門口，但職員似乎無行動去處理，直到我要求處理先處理好地板，但間房原來水喉水量唔夠，只可以浸浴先夠水洗澡，而熱水都唔夠熱，所以私人桑拿都係唔夠熱，床都係唔平，訓得唔係咁好；第二日終於有另一職員幫手處理床既問題，但此終都係解決唔到水既問題。 希望酒店可以認真解決設施既各個問題。”
