“This is a convenient location. Being older, I did not appreciate the steps to the second-floor unit or the spartan bedroom seating. But other than that, specific to my age, the accommodations were reasonable. They do not offer breakfast, but many in the area do not.”

“The positives: wonderfully renovated large classic old home. We stayed in the large downstairs adjoining rooms (units C&D). My sister-in-law was joining my wife and I to see their family in Sandusky. Room(s) were beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Nice little kitchen; had a washer/dryer. Price was good. The negatives (quirks): There's no staff; it's all automated. We stayed there in January 2025 and there was snow and ice, and no one to shovel the snow or sweep off the stairs or walkways -……

She let me know that my room was ready and she even offered a bike, since I was not able to bring mine. I had a great experience from the time I received her message to the time I checked out! “Great location, close to everything and not too noisy. Staff was always visible, cleaning and maintaining the property. Nicely landscaped. The pool area is exceptional and has a large bar. Rooms are dated, basically of a Red Roof quality.”

“The gentleman at check in were very pleasant. The hotel was clean and was in great condition. I highly recommend a stay there! Very close to cedar point. ”

“Better parking ”

“Staff very friendly, great if staying with kids. Rooms were a little small. We stayed with a group, called three weeks ahead to get our rooms together. We were told everything was good to go, Rooms were "partied together" when we got there front desk couldn't find it in the computer. Tried but couldn't get is together. We were clear across the hotel. Toliet would not flush, they tried to fix it but had to call a plumber. Refrigerator would not get cold, they did come and replace it for us.”

“Nice little place- no frills but very clean and comfortable. Bed is a little soft for my taste but other than that it's a nice place to stay for an overnight. ”

“There was mold falling out of the ice machine and frozen in the ice. When we called and asked about the area. They didnt tell us that nothimg but four restaurants were open. ( i would have waited and booked later) and there was no staff after 8. I didnt like walking down a dark alley to go in the back door”
