“The staff were extremely friendly during my visit here. They continuously made sure that I had everything that I need. During my stay, I saw a staff member give another guest a ride as I was walking into the lobby. The staff member immediately stopped what they were doing to make sure i had what i needed before continuing providing the service to another guest. The staff here really care about their guest. The only reason I didn’t give this place a perfect rating was because of the smell of……

“I've stayed here many times both for business and leisure trips. This is a nice property located in Harper's Ferry and convenient to Charles Town and the nearby attractions. Having the restaurant in the lobby is a nice touch. I will definitely be back. ”

“Hotel is nicely located on a quiet street with grass and trees. But, it is dated with basic amenities though nice sheets and towels. Front desk person was brand new and had no training. This website had not processed my payment and the young man didn’t know what to do. He kept calling us and basically made a mess of our check in. I would probably not stay here again.”
