“The TV in our room never worked properly. I told the front desk the first day and asked again. No one ever came to check the TV. It was out of focus. Also, the site advertised free breakfast and a pool; there was no breakfast at all… not even coffee in lobby and the pool was drained. The staff did not offer alternatives to breakfast even though there was a place attached to one part of the hotel. I thought it was closed. My room was clean but the stairs and outside was not swept and sloppy.……

“We used a car service transportation service from and to Charleston Airport. Uber to & from Plantation. Walked around most of the Historic District from the Hotel, a 30 minute walk to almost any where in historic district. Many casual & nice dining restaurants nearby. Only concern is we were charged a Daily Valet Service for 2 days for never having a car. Disheartening for a great trip & location until we were at airport reviewing our invoice. Called front desk and issue was supposedly……
