“This home was very lovely with plenty of room for everyone. We were greeted with fresh baked cookies and a snack basket. The house was pet friendly with a fenced in back yard. Private beach access across the street to enjoy the sunsets. The host was very friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend. If you are ever in Rochester with a group, check this place out. ”

“House was great for 4 people. Owner left snacks, water, coffee and plenty of towels. House is older, so lots of floor creaking but other than that a nice place. Couch could be a bit more comfortable but there were plenty of places to sit. I would definitely recommend if you want a house near the beach. Short walk to pier, plenty of places to eat, and Abotts frozen custard. ”
