“Front desk staff are very efficient & professional.
Dining & lobby area is far better than the room !
The worst part of the room is the toilet… the shower area is not separated from the toilet, therefore after you have taken a shower, the whole bathroom floor is full of water !
No AC in the room, but they provided a desk fan.
Love the long desk.
No cooking facility except a microwave & a fridge.

“The room design in a converted building brilliantly retained a lovely bay window; the kitchen amenities are cleverly done and extensive. The bathroom is spacious and modern; the beds were comfortably firm, with typical duvet bedding. The hotel offered good "happy hour" wines and the staff was unfailingly friendly, competent and helpful, especially Ofelia.”
“We loved the look and feel of the hotel, very unique and it's appearance, the pool area was very nice, we felt totally relaxed and in enjoy our time in both the steam and hot sauna. We would definitely stay at the hotel again.”
“2 minutes walk to the market. We may have meals there and shop for cooking.
Conveniet location. Direct train to Airport, Frederiksborg, Odense and Hillerod station.
Comfortable and clean room.

“Nice place and convenient location. Unit was clean and well-maintained. Check-in/out was easy better than the traditional combination locks. Definitely would book again if come.”
“Great location close to the metro. Lots of dining and shopping options within walking distance. Apartment was well apportioned and perfect for travel with our young adult child.”
“The hotel was in a quiet and new area. Our room was good and we liked the added bonus of the kitchen.
The breakfast options were very good and being able to take it back to our room was great too.
We hired Malmo by Bike bikes which were great and easy to use, and we managed to see a lot of places. We also walked a lot and used the local bus once (to go back to the central train station with our luggage).
. We did Malmo Ribersborg parkrun, which was lovely, and we were made very welcome.”
“The staff is very kind and willing to assist, they also speak good English so make the communicate easier.
However, if you are staying longer and prefer the apartment has laundry in your room, I’m afraid it’s not. It’s the state wash+dry machine at the other floor.
Overall, it’s not the accommodation I’d stay again as not meeting my needs, but I’m still appreciate the kindly assistance for their staff and being nice to me. ”
“Our original hotel fell through last minute, and I’m glad it did—this spot was spacious, clean, and felt like home. Simple, private, and comfortable, we slept incredibly well. For just a bit more than a budget stay, the rest was worth it. Check-in was easy with clear instructions over the phone. The neighborhood is wonderfully walkable—we grabbed dinner across the street, then strolled through the King’s Garden. Highly recommend doing the same.”
"The towels in the bedroom are in poor conditions. They looked old & stained. Also, the concierges keep poker faces while working, making their service feel unwelcoming to us."
"Stay 5 nights here, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, location is perfect which within walking distance to every major attraction, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a short stay in Copenhagen "
"I paid right much to get upgrade to the suit. Unfortunately even though there was no cleaning at all. The front desk told me I need scan the QR code on screen for ordering a cleaning. I did it when I left the room around noon, but they did not clean the room, and finally blame me I did order it too late! It’s purely ridiculous! Furthermore from the room the guest has no way to reach the hotel personal by any means. If the guest encountered emergency, he/she could do is by using own mobile phone to call city emergency service. This is a big safety faulty of this hotel! I will never stay in this chain hotels!"
