“We, mother and daughter from Japan enjoyed every minute of our stay at Woodbourne Inn. Warm welcome, beautiful place, great breakfast, and so on. A winery with an excellent restaurant is within walking distance.”
“We had a very nice experience, for the most part.
We've stayed here before because of the great location and proximity to the mall and easy access to get to wineries.
We also enjoy the pool as it's long enough for swimming laps.
However, one small issue...
We asked for a couple of wine glasses for the room and were told a flat out "NO".
It was rather unapologetic...just a straight NO, from the woman at the front desk.
So we had to set out to try and buy some.
It didn't seem like an unreasonable……
“Hosts were incredible. The 1940's house impeccable. Not all rooms have private bath (ours did). Breakfast was fresh and innovative, with pure maple syrup. Walking distance to Welland Canal - and close to many wineries. Highly recommend. ”
“The trailer we had seemed brand new, well equipped and everything in great shape, very clean. Check in was easy, love the location right between Niagara Falls and NOTL but out of town so quiet and no hustle and bustle. We loved we could sit outside on the deck, bbq and have a bonfire at night, all outdoor seating was provided and in great shape as well. Beds were a little hard for us, but to be expected in new trailer. Will stay here again and have already recommended to family.”
“This hotel is conveniently located and is highly accessible to all major tourist attraction and transport networks.
The operator/owner of the hotel is committed and devoted to serving the guests. I am impressed by their thoughtfulness in providing different kind of bread/food for the breakfast.
The hardware of the hotel is also very impressive. The sitting room and the bedroom is well decorated, which is comparable to and even higher standard than the top rated hotel. They are also well……
“The space of the guest room is big enough and is quite clean. I like the view from the balcony of my room which I can see the canal and a nice sky view.”

"We stayed for two nights at the fallsview hotel, but were disappointed at how the hotel missed the house keeping for our room, even upon reminding the front desk a few times throughout the day, as we came back to the room in the afternoon to find out the room was left the same as it was when we left in the morning. When we came back to the hotel after dinner that night, no towels were replaced, no beds were made up, trash bins were all left full, and the worst of all was the shampoo and body wash were all out. We had to request for all the amenities on that night. It was a very disappointing experience at the hotel."
