“Beautiful Cape Cod vacation house. Close to beautiful downtown Chatham and fun beaches. House was in great condition and plenty big enough for our house of 6 adults (parents and 4 teenage/20s kids). Highly recommend this house and the owners were very easy to contact and work with.”

“It was a beautiful spot, and the view cannot be beat! The host was super responsive and able to help us when we had trouble with the grill. We had a really great time and LOVED that our dogs could come with us. The beach was great, but a bunch of rocks washed up that made water shoes absolutely necessary. Not sure if that happens often? They were gone by the end of the week. The Sailing Cow was a 4 minute walk and was a great spot for a little beach drink. And dinner at the nearby Pelham……

We enjoyed our breakfast in the morning on the large deck off the kitchen overlooking the lovely yard The location is a quiet cul-de-sac with super easy access to the cape cod rail trail. “Fantastic vacation on the Cape. The location is wonderful. Just off the main route, but so private with a very large lot, wooded on the perimeter. We loved hanging out on the deck and in the yard with the kids, playing games and letting the little ones run and play. The lot is ideally situated, tucked into a beautiful neighborhood, but almost like a secret because it’s so private. “Perfect location!! Two minute walk to downtown Chatham. Lovely view from the house to the harbor. The house is well appointed but could use updating and the living areas are separate from each other so not a great flow for families. Having said that, I would stay there again as the pluses definitely outweigh the minuses. ”
