“This house was the perfect home base for a few days on the Cape. We like to do lots of day trips and this house was centrally located to all parts of Cape Cod. We enjoyed the hot tub every evening and my teens loved taking out the kayaks and paddle boards. Frequent communication with the host was great! Only downside for us was that the outdoor shower was not running. We understand it is the off season but that would have been nice to know ahead of time. It did not deter from our experience……

“We plan to come back. This was a great place for 3 couples. We had a little problem with bugs but nothing we couldn’t handle. Close to the bay and everything we wanted. Definitely a good experience. Recommend”

“Location was very convenient to all the beaches and hiking! 4 stars for the location and price compared to other options, but be aware that the amenities are pretty basic. The house was adequately sized for our family of four but teens found the beds very small. (Room w 2 twins is clearly geared towards littles, w kitschy Tinkerbell lamps.) As others mentioned, bathroom repairs are needed (instead of fixing the running toilet, they just removed the flusher entirely, plus we noted a few other……

“Great place to use as a base to explore Cape Cod. Well stocked, clean, and quiet. Had some problem with the TV, but the company responded quickly and had someone out to fix it right away. ”

“Wonderful Location, close to the ferry at Hyannis. Centrally located on the Cape. The view over Brewster Pond is amazing. House is wonderfully done and furnished. ”

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Couldn’t find the washer &dryer until the last day of our stay because they were tucked away in a bedroom closet. Would have liked to know that on day one. ”
