“This rental was better than expected. It was relatively centralized to everything restaurants, city activities, NYC, and of course the American Dream! The only small issue was parking but it wasn’t too bad! We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent from again!”

“When we first entered the property it was nice and cool. The layout of the house is nice and I love the esthetics. I love the fact that the cabinets are labeled with what's inside them without checking each cabinet!! The beds are comfortable and the couch was comfy to sit and watch tv and eat a snack. If your going to American Dream water park/mall its a 30 min drive (or less) depending on your driving. I would recommend staying here, clean,resonable pricing and Mr. Emanual was a great host. If……

“Wanted to grab a place in Jersey City as a place to crash before and after a birthday party. The place was spacious, had everything we needed, central air worked like a charm and plenty of blankets and pillows. “Exactly as listed, upon arrival we unloaded and went right to the city. The next morning we noticed there was only one coffee cup and no dish drainer. The host was contacted and within no time new coffee cups and the dish drainer was bought. The host was very easy to work with and allowed us in 3 hours earlier than allowed. Highly recommend a stay here”

“I was not in the property I booked. The owner told me this was her personal unit with “some” of her personal items in it. It was her apartment that had all of her personal effects and had not been cleaned. The trash was full, the dishwasher stunk, there were no cleaning supplies or paper towels. When I asked about not being in the unit I booked, she got defensive and told me this was a bigger unit and that my daughter could sleep in the loft. The loft smelled like cat piss and was cramped full……
