“The Charrington Boutique Hotel is well furnished, cosy and equipped with all the necessities. The staff at the reception is polite and helpful. The hotel is located quite near to the Chatswood Station, so it's convenient to get around and it's easy to get all you need at the nearby shopping centres.”

“It is a resort hotel near the city in Mosman. The service and environment are much better and comfortable than the 5 stars hotel in the inner city. We book an ordinary room since We could not book the animal room online. We are so lucky we can upgrade to the animal room without cost. There are 2 koralas we can see from our room. The young one is very active in the morning and walk between 3 trees to search the fresh leaves for breakfast. It is the first I see korala walks and I never……

“WOW . What a truly memorable experience for my twin sister and me. Our host team Tash, Bridie, Tori and Rach were incredible. Their love, commitment and passion for the animals and their futures was truly moving to listen to. The information talks about the animals was amazing from both the team and the keepers during our behind the scenes encounters late at night and early the next morning. “The property is very luxurious. Cannot complain about the hotel etc. The room was huge and great. Staff also excellent Breakfast excellent however room service food was average. The bed is extremely soft and i sunk in my spot - poor sleep as a result. They also only provide one doona - no sheet and it was either boiling hot (with donna on) or freezing (with doona off). There was also a sensor light that came on in the middle of the night if you got out of bed - two each side of the bed under……
