“The stay was amazing. Fully furnished home with a Parish Decir feel. So clean, cozy , and comfortable ”

“The cottage was very clean on the inside and is decorated nicely. The bathrooms and kitchen are very nicely updated! The house is not large but accommodated our party of 6 very well. We also hosted a graduation luncheon for 11 people and it worked fine, though there is not a dining table. Ray, the owner, was very responsive to our messages with questions and needs. The only suggestion is that the porch and dock area could use a good power washing/cleaning. Overall, I would recommend this……

“Property just as listing describes. Very clean. Peaceful property. Only downfall is the bright lights from the neighbors upstairs when trying to enjoy the porch at night. Definitely would stay again!”

“This cottage was so cute and clean! We were in Tallahassee for our daughter’s graduation from FSU and this was perfect. It was about 30 minutes outside of town which was great with 2 colleges graduating at the same time and the city jammed up with people.”
