“We were on a 3 week tour of England researching our family roots and history. We were purposely looking for stays in smaller villages/towns. This fit the bill perfectly. Our bedroom was comfortable, the shower hot and the food delicious. The staff couldn’t have been nicer - my wife even felt like maybe we had found long lost family. ”

“Great stay really quiet in the middle of nowhere which for us was great. Nature was all around us (rabbits everywhere) the only down side was the WiFi yes they are on copper cables but maybe they could do with a WiFi extender as we couldn’t get WiFi in our room but that does not detract from what a great place it was. ”

“All staff were very professional, helpful and courteous at all times. The room was easily 5***** and exceptional value. The food and service in general were second to none.
