“Beautiful beach house nestled in the dune grasses. Located on the border of OOB and Ocean Park, it was perfect for us with over 150 years of history up there.The beach was right outside our door and the rooftop deck was a favorite perch for all to watch the tides. Especially loved the kitchen being so well appointed that I could cook!Front row seat for the best 7 miles of beach on the eatern seaboard!”

“Great location and interesting layout in this historic house. It was the perfect respite for our stay before our puffin tour the next day and close to town for a concert on the common and restaurants. Note : to access one of the bedrooms you need to go through the bathroom, but it worked out fine. Dmitri was super communicative and was kind enough to let us know we left a pair of shoes there after we departed. Since we were still in the area, he left them on the porch for us to retrieve, which……

“Beautiful stay in Maine! We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Harpswell, Maine. The house is stunning with large windows that offer breathtaking views of the water-perfect for relaxing with coffee in the morning or winding down in the evening. The home was thoughtfully stacked with plenty of extra towels, toiletries, and even some snacks-made one feel right at home. The location is great-just a short distance to a charming country store, local restaurants, and scenic walking……

“We absolutely loved our stay at this adorable cottage! Just a short walk down a private path to the beach, it was the perfect spot for our girls’ trip. Lena was an amazing host — so thoughtful, accommodating, and attentive to every detail. The cottage was spotless and so close to the water; we could hear the ocean from inside, which made it wonderfully relaxing. We also loved that it was an easy, pleasant walk into town for shopping and dining. It was exactly what we needed to unwind and enjoy……

Mark was a great hose and even provided a delicious croissant recommendation. I’ve been to Portland prior to this trip, but if I come back, this would be my first choice.”

“We had a great stay at Heron’s Perch! This house has lots of space for hanging out and sleeping. The beds are comfortable and clean. Plenty of towels provided and a well stocked kitchen. Our absolute favorite was the wonderful, private front porch. This house is within walking distance to everything down front on the island. If you’re looking for space and being close to the ferry, stores and beaches I would highly recommend.”

“The house is great for extended family vacation with 3 bedrooms each having its own bathroom. The only slight drawback is that there is no dining table. It's only a 15 to 20 minute walk to the amusements, pier and the beach. ”

The location is great - close to all attractions (and convenient to exploring nearby areas) but felt very private. Zac was a great host and super easy to communicate with.
