“Our family (teens and adults) enjoyed staying here as a base to explore all the sights of dc. It was in a great location- about 1.5 mile walk to the sights and so close to a grocery store! Everything we needed was here. Would recommend!”

“Great place to stay while visiting the Arlington/DC area. Stayed for 3 nights with a group of 4 adults. House had everything we needed and more. House was very clean and the rental process was seamless. Great experience and highly recommended. ”

“What a great location for an awesome vacation rental. The three floors of the house is amazing and the views of the bay a huge added bonus. The house is well equipped, and you can tell that the owners stay there part time.The layout allows for socializing and fun on the middle level with a sitting areas and screened in porch while others can find some peace and quiet if needed on the upper or lower floorsThe private beach access is awesome and a true benefit. “We had a great stay at this lovely DC row home! It was conveniently located close to RFK fields, downtown, and Georgetown—perfect for all the places we needed to be. The home had plenty of space for three adults and a child, and we really appreciated that everyone had their own bathroom. Being closer to central DC, there was a bit of city noise, but nothing that disrupted our stay. Ubers were always just a few minutes away. The host was responsive and check in was a breeze. It worked out great……
