“The only problem I had was at check-in because they new little English. The clerk could not find my reservation, but my friend who speaks Chinese got everything solved the next day. The breakfast was very good and everyone was friendly.”
“Room location and size is good. The check-in was slow as a previous cancelled booking was still in the system and confused the check-in staff. The lifts were also slow during the morning and the projection TV does not work.”
"We have spent 3D2N and have enjoyed the Christmas Eve dinner buffet there. Their staff was putting effort in cheering everyone up during the dinner buffet and I believed other guests also had a wonderful night like me! Yet, their staff should have taken away empty plates during breakfast/dinner buffet more frequently."
