“We arrived quite early, not expecting that we could check in to the room. The checkin was efficient and we were given the room key within 10 minutes. Upon arrival, the hotel attempted to charge me an extra fee, falsely claiming that the intermediary agency had provided incorrect information and that I had only booked a single room.
