“It was sold to me as a 4 stars hotels but it is not even a 1 star hotel and I know how 4 stars hotel look like because I stayed in el=Biar hotel for only one night and moved to Holiday Inn a 4 stars hotels. El Biar has not central AC, showers without shower curtains. It was sold to me with 24 hours airport shuttle; this is false. I have used Expedia and Orbitz for over 20 years; I will never used it again and will make sure that my family and friends do the same so that our families vacations……

“L'hotel dans sa globalité présente bien. A mon arrivée j'ai dû demander a ce que les draps et les taies d'oreiller soient changés car cela n'avait pas été fait mais malgré tout la chambre était propre. Le buffet pour le petit-déjeuner est bon mais cela manque de choix, en revanche pour les repas il y a plus de choix et la cuisine est très bonne. Le personnel est très sympathique, à l'écoute et aux petits soins. L'hôtel est plutôt calme et tranquille.”

“The hotel was pretty new. It was quite simple, but nevertheless comfortable. My room was quiet. The location was good near the transport hub of 1er Mai. There were a lot of fast food establishments nearby and also some restaurants. The breakfast was pretty basic. Not all of the staff members spoke English. When I called them to verify my late arrival, I had to try a few times to get a staff member who spoke English.”
