“Chosen for it's nearness to the ferry terminal and very importantly a lockup garage for our bikes (we were on a cycling holiday) Hotel Louvre was very clean and the staff very helpful. It was also quiet although, no doubt being used as a stopover hotel I was aware of some early morning internal doors being opened and closed. The breakfast buffet was particularly wide ranging and sumptuous. The only minor disappointment was that there was no kettle in the room. There was a coffee maker but it……

“Une bonne demi heure de marche depuis la gare. Avec les bagages, c’est un défi ! Une indication sur le bus à prendre pour vous rejoindre serait un plus pour les piétons. Sinon, l’hôtel est calme et le lit confortable. A signaler tout de même : l’eau de la douche est juste tiédasse, même en la laissant couler longtemps mais ce n’est pas ecoresponsable…. ”
