“6 week stay. The area is a very tranquil and safe neighborhood. Enjoyed the outside deck as well as the pool area. Although the pool was closed the deck area could be used. It is a short walk to the beach but once at the beach very nice. The condo itself has everything you would need for an extended period of time. Full kitchen with dishes and pots & pans. Communication with the condo owners was very easy. Would recommend.”

“The property was clean and well furnished with all essentials. The check-in was hectic especially for people 60 and older.”

“The location is convenient to walking to the beach. Parking at the site was easy. We loved the porch and the layout of the unit. The rental company emailed and texted to check in with us and were responsive. The bed mattress/box springs need to be replaced. The exterior parts of the building were worn down. New sofas and finishes, and a better stocked kitchen would give it a better feel good factor. Overall it was decent. Location was a solid positive. ”

“Overall the property was good. Very clean except for the chair in the living room which really needs to go. Kitchen looked like it had recently been updated. Nice appliances and kitchen very well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Short walk to the beach and pier. The down side is that in the initial listing it says there is wifi, but there is not. We found that very inconvenient. I would definitely stay here again.”

“The room was perfect for my two sons, his friend and me. It was clean and I loved the separation of the two rooms with a door. I would definitely stay in this unit again.”

“This is our second year staying here for our little family vacation and it never feels long enough! It’s just a short walk to the beach that isn’t too far with toddler and kids. The pool and outdoor area is perfect with plenty of chairs and sitting room. The layout of the house is great and loved having 3 bathrooms when everyone is getting ready at the same time! And Kayla was so easy to communicate with, was very pleasant and responded quickly! Will definitely stay here again. ”
