“Fabulous place to stay! Kids had so much fun meeting the chickens and horses. Beautiful views and family fun around the fire pit every night! We had an issue with a doorknob in house and it was fixed before we got home from the baseball games that day. Great kitchen for preparing meals. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Perfect location for families with kids playing at Dreams Park. We rented this house with 4 other families which worked out well. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Nice front porch and large backyard space with above ground pool. There are 2 sections to the house and we were split but it worked out just fine. Some showers were a little cramped for larger people but we managed. Outside grill and fire pit. The house is directly south on the same road as Dreams park about 6min away and……

“While in town attending Suny Cobleskill graduation, we were looking for a property nearby. This farmhouse fit the bill. It was neaty decorated and the host was very gracious in leaving some treats for us at check in. There were plenty of beds to sleep my whole family.”

“Rabbit Run was everything we were looking for during our stay in Cooperstown. It was spotless, well-appointed, beautifully decorated, spacious, and incredibly cozy and comfortable. Steve and MJ were so kind and welcoming, which made our experience even better. The game room and fishing ponds were a huge hit with my two sons who weren’t playing at Dreams Park, and they provided endless entertainment for the whole family when we weren’t at the fields. “Our family had a lovely stay at this home. Amanda was an amazing host and great communicator. The house was super clean, fully stocked and very welcoming! Amanda left us a wonderful gift basket full of local goodies, drinks in refrig, a kind note and a welcome sign with our name on it. Such thoughtful touches. Our favorite part of the home was the 1 min walk to entrance to Vroman’s Nose hiking trail. Our family enjoyed our morning hike. We definitely recommend this home and will be back……
