“Joel was great when a hiccup occurred. He was on it right away and made sure it got resolved so it didn’t impact our trip. Great size space for the 3 of us. Close enough to everything without being too close!”

“Place was very nice. Cleaning needs to be more detailed. Lots of cobwebs in the rafters, old fly tape covered in bugs on an upper windowsill, mound on bathroom ceiling, etc. Also, the wall heater is not great to keep the whole place warm. Downstairs bedroom and bathroom were freezing. Like, tile floors making your feet cramp bc they were so cold.”

“Our D&D crew came up here for a long weekend to finish our 5+ year campaign. PERFECT set up. Location was super cute and tucked away in the mountain woods. Large dining table that easily sat all of us and had space for big meals. Living room has lots of comfy furniture seated around a coffee table and a TV, making a fantastic setup for D&D as well as other board games, video games, watching TV, and socializing. Nice back patio with BBQ and front patio with seating and swing. Easy drive to local……

“My husband and I visited Big Bear for a quick 24 hour getaway for our 1 year wedding anniversary. The cabin was ok. Nothing spectacular. I sent 2 different messages to the property regarding the spa, to make sure it was working before as that was the main reason for booking there. No response. Luckily it was, sort of. It was luke warm and only about half the jets worked. I also messaged about check in and no response. Easy check in once I called the office to have them send over the……
