“Got it the hotel, and they said they couldn’t find the reservation. Had to wait up to 30 minutes to check in while it’s 1am, very frustrating experience. Room was clean though, just terrible front desk.”

“The bright colored exterior and rooms remind me of the 70’s. Pool was excellent and clean. I used it at night. DJ played music from 12? To 5 pm on weekend, difficult to rest. We had no housekeeping the 4 days we were there but we didn’t need it. Called and got towels. Beds were comfortable and beautiful view of mountains. ”

“The location is perfect. It’s right in the centre of the downtown area very walkable to the design district. The room was excellent. The rest of the hotel feels like it needs some updating. It’s not a very welcoming environment when you walk in - and there is a lot of really loud music playing in the lobby and by the pool (which we could not hear in the room) But as far as a good place with a very nice room to stay, if you want to be in the middle of things in Palm Springs, it’s very good.”

“Obvious wear and tear on property/furniture/etc. But compared to nearby properties, it was a great affordable option. Water running sometimes was quite loud, water didn't drain properly in the shower. Conveniently walkable to nearby bars/restaurants (we went to Seymours for drinks and the ACE hotel for a wedding and for the swim/beach club) 5 min walk to each. Good atmosphere with lots of kids/families around. Island vibes during the day. Tiki bar was as advertised, kitschy, fun and cool.……

“I would have provided full marks but we had to wait an hour when we arrived for our room to be ready (they did comp us with a couple of free Palomas). Very nice rooms and the staff were super friendly/helpful overall.”
