“Everything went very well! Pre visit communication with host was super. During the stay, we requested if the hot water for the shower could be made hotter. She accommodated. Never had a host adjust something like that before! Place was well maintained. When we go to Moreno Valley again we will be in contact! Thank you host! Eres una superestrella!”

“Nice and close to mountain. Easy walk w kids. Simple check in/check out process. Responsive communication with host. Unit is a little sparse in amenities for a family. Also, unit is up 4 flights of stairs, which allows for a nice view but requires a little more work getting kids/equipment in/out of unit. Overall though we had a pleasant stay.”

“I had booked this property for my husband‘s 40th birthday only to find out that it was double booked. We had no idea which cabin was ours so we knocked on the door only to be greeted by a really upset woman slamming the door in our face who is currently staying there which we confirmed after finally getting a hold of the owner after hours of frustrations who told us too bad contact virbo which we did only to be on hold for 3 hours getting nothing resolved and no refund. I will never use this……
