A bonus was the property connects to Bessie Woods and we were able to go for a hike on the trails without even having to leave the property. If you love quiet and the sounds of nature, this is the perfect place for you. We can’t wait to stay there again soon.”

“Very nice place to stay for our 3 day hike on the AT. The view from the deck is amazing and the living room is huge with an old stone fireplace which we didn’t use because it was 90 degrees each day. The Mexican restaurant in town (Norte Azul) has an extensive menu and a good variety of beer on tap. Highly recommend visiting Mt Greylock in MA, about 30 mins away. It has an even better restaurant on top (you need reservations) and is right on the Appalachian Trail so you will meet all sorts on……

“We booked this escape as a 1/2 way point between family in NJ and MA and what a hidden gem it is! Dog friendly was a priority, but the magic of this place was a welcomed surprise. All weekend we commented on wishing we stayed longer and that we must come back to really enjoy the property and cozy feel that warms the soul! The cabin is meticulously maintained and it is very clear that the family loves their home away from home! Can’t wait to return!!”

“This little cabin was absolutely perfect! It was very clean, very comfortable. ”

“The lake house was not only big enough for entertaining our extended family of 10, but fully equipped for fun down on the lake. We loved the kayaks, the stand up paddle boards, and the kids and teens loved swimming off of and playing on the foam floating mat. We lounged around the fire pit and roasted marshmallows for s’mores one night. And the icing on the cake was that our three senior dogs could be with us, so we brought along a couch cover and kept the lawn clean so that the owner might……
