“We only were able to stay in the area for 1 night but hillside haven was idyllic. The adults enjoyed the spacious kitchen and back deck and the kids really loved the arcade games and backyard. My family met up with my brother and his wife and the suite above the garage was the perfect space. The hosts have literally thought of ALL the extras (shout out to the makeup wipes and Qtips!) and were very easy to get a hold of if we needed anything or had any questions. 10/10 would return…. Hopefully……

“There was everything we needed and more.Three different types of coffee makers! Plenty of room for all. Was a little worried when we realized there was no AC but, with the cool evening Berkshire breeze from open windows and fans it was fine. Lake beach is a short walk down the quiet dead end block. We were a group of adults but, it would be a perfect spot for a family vacation!”

“The Trail in Adams offered me exactly what I needed: a quiet and convenient place prepare for a day in the woods the next day. Very convenient walking to nearby restaurants, right in the middle of Adams. There was a snowstorm that night, and the walks were shoveled several times that evening and the next morning. ”

“We had a wonderful relaxing stay in this gorgeous place. The listing is just as described, natural light filled, high ceilings, on the top floor, comfortable bedding, and a thoughtful host. Lea left the A/C on, a bottle of water in the fridge, lots of good coffee, and even some hot cocoa packets for our son. The boba shop right downstairs was awesome and had fun gift items. There is a diner next door and some fantastic restaurants 15-20 minutes away. Very convenient to Mass MOCA and……

“Read reviews about checking in & was worried. I had no problem. Called the phone # - lady answered right away. Walked me through the payment & key card process & I was done & in my room in 5 minutes. She gave us a different room & it was clean & looked like all new bathroom and curtains. “Wrote to them asking for early check in around 1pm for 3pm check in, no reply. Not a problem, early check in isn’t a guarantee. Get to the property 10 mins before check in and no one is there, wait around for 30 mins, no one there, no one answering in the app, no one picking up the phone. By 340 called Vrbo who canceled my reservation around 4pm the property called asked if I left, I said I did and booked somewhere else, no apology, no reasoning, just “ok” and hung up. Thankfully there was……
