“The Sands is definitely the nicest place in town. The staff were extremely helpful, the room was big, clean and exceeded expectations. You can have coffee in the morning from your balcony and admire the water view, and in the evening head up to the rooftop for a drink and catch an incredible sunset. This is not to be missed!!! “What a wonderful idea for glamping!!! A great opportunity that the owners capitalized upon! I stayed here with my girlfriend from September 26-28 and stayed in the Brand tent. This was our first ever experience glamping, but it was literally everything we could’ve needed right there — bathrooms, showers, towels, a clean tent with a lovely bed to sleep on, a heater for the nights, plus a kitchenette! “Second time staying here. My junior room was perfect for a solo stay. There is an area in the middle of the rooms for sitting under trees in colorful Adirondack chairs circled around a fire place. Everything I needed was there at Drifthaus. It also was esthetically pleasing. It worked well for my little dog. We could be at the beach in minutes. Walking distance. Jeff, the host, was quick to reply to my questions. Summary: I'd love to live here”
