“We had a lovely stay here. The staff were absolutely amazing - they couldn’t do enough for us and were so helpful. The hotel itself is very grand but parts do need refreshing. We had a sofa in our room which had a suspicious stain on it- could this have been cleaned off? The air conditioning fan in the room was extremely noisy all night long, even though we had switched it to the off position. This was disappointing. “Booked 1 night for a business stop over in the area . Parking is charged by an app and was £15 for 24 hours. The check in was seamless and very efficient .I was given my key to the Goodwood suite . There was a lounge kitchen diner . The kitchen had all the amenities you would need a hob a dual power microwave a fridge and dishwasher. The bedroom also had a TV . And the bathroom was well equipped with a powerful rain shower. The main event was the views . You are only 100 metres from Chester……
