“This house was very accommodating. The pictures and description were accurate. The house was close to many of the attractions we wanted to see. The check in process was easy.”

“The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion.”

“We had a wish list for a nice place for a girls’ weekend: comfortable, airy space for hanging out; three “adult” bedrooms (not twin/bunk beds); easy to get to; quiet, safe neighborhood; and a clean, well-maintained kitchen and bath. This place had all that, plus…accommodating check-in/out; amazing views and property; fun extras like the s’mores basket; and great hosts. I can see why it has a 10/10 rating. ”

“A lovely respite from the hustle & bustle of the outside world, yet conveniently located to hiking trails, grocery stores, and tourist attractions. During my 5 night stay, I was joined at various time by family and friends from various destinations in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, and the back deck overlooking the lake proved to be the gathering place of choice. The putting green was definitely a highlight for the golfers and non-golfers alike. The bedrooms are smallish, but the beds were……

“This is a very clean and spacious home on a pretty lake with a nice little beach. Many Kayaks are available for use.”

“We had a wonderful stay. Formerly a duplex apartment in a neighborhood of mostly single family homes, the home is walking distance to sightseeing, bodegas, restaurants, and more. The rooms were clean, well cared for, and showed lots of attention to detail. Two full kitchens, bathrooms in great condition, living rooms were all comfortable. We had a great time and would love to return for next year's tournament.”

“Adorable comfortable space with plenty of room and lovely terrace. Enjoyable walk to waterfront and playgrounds and rail trail. Minutes from all the downtown restaurants and shops. Very clean and comfortable space. Excellent communication with host. If you like to cook, the kitchen is fabulous. Everything in the home, from linens to kitchen knives are modern and high quality. ”
