“This house is absolutely gorgeous and the spaces for the most part were curated well. The price was very reasonable. The communication with the host was quick. While we appreciated the items above we had a few issues with the description of the listing. The largest issue was that online it appears you are renting a whole house which is why we chose to rent with this host. We wanted our privacy and not to be in an apartment . “This house has two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs. One bathroom (one of the listings stated 1). The outside of the house needs work. It would have been nice to be out on the deck enjoying the weather but needs updating. Beds are comfortable and linens seem new. Spacious inside. The location is next to EVERYTHING. Restaurants, music, shopping. Some items were broken and I did let the owners know. They were easy to contact. ”

“This was an amazing stay! We loved the house, the view over the lake is incredible! It was an incredibly peaceful stay, with lots of things to do on the water. We spent a lot of time fishing with our kids and letting them swim out to the floating dock. Everyone had a great time. The house is very clean and there are the amenities were great. The hosts certainly think of everything! I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay that really want to enjoy……

“My son was getting at married at StoneBridge Country Club and we needed a house for out of town guests. This property was perfect! Close to the venue and big enough for several guests. Frank was always quick to respond to any questions I had.”

“House was nice. It was clean and well located. As it is an older home, it did have some quirks, such as sagging floors in the kitchen but was functional. Price was good. Only issue was that the dock was not installed, so getting the boats in the water was a bit of an issue. We were told that there was a swimming area down the road, but it was locked and the owner was unable to get us the combination. I think these would have been good things to know, but we still had a nice time”

“We were in NH for a high school graduation, and I chose Mike and Sue’s beautiful lake home because it checked all the boxes: a king sized bed, A/C in case of a heat wave, a big inviting kitchen, and those incredible views. Five people and more than enough space for all of us. I must say, even though we were 45 minutes away from the graduation events, the drive back and forth was absolutely worth it!Mike and Sue are the most welcoming, thoughtful hosts. “We had a wonderful stay. Formerly a duplex apartment in a neighborhood of mostly single family homes, the home is walking distance to sightseeing, bodegas, restaurants, and more. The rooms were clean, well cared for, and showed lots of attention to detail. Two full kitchens, bathrooms in great condition, living rooms were all comfortable. We had a great time and would love to return for next year's tournament.”

“Hosts were very nice and property was beautiful! The lake view was amazing and serine. There were 4 adults visiting family locally and plenty of room! There was security doors which made us feel safe! My only recommendation is the beds were like sleeping on a sidewalk! When staying away from home, it is hard to sleep, so a more comfortable mattress would have been nice. ”
