“Amenities were superb and very clean! We were only able to use the outdoor hot tub and fire pit on our first night in this lovely wooded setting because of the pouring rain the following day. However because of the beautiful steam shower, the relaxing massage chair, and comfy bed, we were able to still enjoy a full spa experience despite the weather! Highly recommended! ”

“A lovely respite from the hustle & bustle of the outside world, yet conveniently located to hiking trails, grocery stores, and tourist attractions. During my 5 night stay, I was joined at various time by family and friends from various destinations in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, and the back deck overlooking the lake proved to be the gathering place of choice. The group appreciated the comfortable rooms with nice private rooms, a bunk room, and a lovely large room with a beautiful window overlooking the wooded back yard. The group especially loved using the hot tub and the theater room!! It made their visit feel special and we appreciated the close proximity to our event. ”

“Andra has thought of everything and then some more. There were muffins, snacks, sodas, water and condiments left for our use. The bedroom upstairs was fabulous with a huge walk in shower and the bedding was very comfortable. Outside deck view of the river was also very peaceful. My least favorite spot was the downstairs, very dark and not a great 'kitchen" area. Overall, nice for our short stay.”

“Beautiful house! Comfortably slept 12 people (8 adults, 3 teens/preteens, 10 year old, and a dog). Beds were very comfortable. There was space for everyone. Wi-fi worked well. Multiple people could shower at once and no issue with hot water. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Enjoyed the kayaks, ended up driving them to the beach because it was a little far to walk and carry them. Toilet paper, paper towels, and napkins were provided. We ended up buying tissues. “This is a very clean and spacious home on a pretty lake with a nice little beach. Many Kayaks are available for use.”

“We had a wonderful stay. Formerly a duplex apartment in a neighborhood of mostly single family homes, the home is walking distance to sightseeing, bodegas, restaurants, and more. The rooms were clean, well cared for, and showed lots of attention to detail. Two full kitchens, bathrooms in great condition, living rooms were all comfortable. We had a great time and would love to return for next year's tournament.”

“Cute little house with a backyard on a quiet dead end. Honestly great little spot to just kick back and enjoy the beach. My kids loved it and so did I definitely will be back. Property manager was quick to respond when I had trouble with grill. It didn’t get resolved before we left but that’s okay still a great trip!!! ”
