“This property is AMAZING and absolutely perfect for a large group. My three sisters, our husbands and our parents all gathered here to celebrate our Dad's 80th birthday. So much space to hang out together and still have privacy when needed. Outdoor space is amazing, while it was still a bit chilly during our stay, we were able to sit out in the sun and enjoy the large outdoor area. The large dining table allowed all 10 of us to sit and have coffee in the morning and play games in the evening.……

This was a great stay for those traveling close to Ball State University and Muncie. “Extremely clean, comfortable, with everything you would need. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped. The property is decorated to feel like home.The village of Pendleton is a throwback in time. So awesome and simply enjoyable.We did have an issue with the WiFi password and that turn out to be a blessing, as we had a wonderful conversation with the owner and figured it out in short order.All in all, a fabulous property. I travel a lot and stay in lots of different high end properties. ……

“If you are looking for a very peaceful getaway from all the hustle and bustle, this is your spot. The home is conveniently located a short drive off the highway and is close to small town conveniences. A perfect alternative to trying to find a hotel for a larger family when dropping kids off at BSU (a very manageable drive up HWY3) Kris and Aleece were incredible host and went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable! Highly recommend!”
