“Nice small vacation house in a quiet street, we really enjoyed the stay. Its well equiped for the price and clean. It's quiet but shops and a food market are just 5 Minutes by foot. We could reach every place in and around Chiang Mai in max 30 Minutes by taxi. If you need a car with a driver for longer trips you can call the agent they recommend. For a 7 seater we just payed 2500 THB for the full day! We definitely can comment the place.”

“Had tried to stay at this property with 3 friends, booked a couple days in advance and we were coming from Bangkok. Zero interaction with the host, waited at the property trying to get in contact for over an hour. Had to spend another hour with Vrbo support where I just said give me a refund. Huge waste of time, and multiple cab trips. Steer clear”

“Floors were very clean, as were bathrooms. Had a nice kitchen and they provide bottled water as well. Close to downtown markets and in a quiet neighborhood. Was easy to find, especially knowing they had an orange gate. ”

“This property is in a good location, very close to old town. The home is very large and it was great to have a bathroom in each bedroom. It is very clean. The living area is quite sparse with uncomfortable chairs for seating. . A sofa or sectional would have made a big difference as far as comfort. Also the stairs to the bedrooms are quite steep. This property would not be good for someone with mobility issues. ”

“Nice clean space, well equipped. Very local experience. Beds need some updating. Location is tricky to communicate to tour operators and taxis. We used the Jasmin hotel and walked down the alley way. ”

“What you see (advertisement) is exactly what you get. All is in place, all is working, view is astonishing. Host is very responsive & helpful. Just make sure to be "mobile" (rent a scooter/car) for it is a bit outside the city (+/- 20 min).”

“My family of six (spouse, three kids, mother-in-law) had a great time at Chez Pom. The house is right between the old city and the night bazaar, so there was plenty of night life to be had within walking distance. Yet because the house is set back from the street it was surprisingly quiet. The house was very clean, and the AC in each room was wonderful. Pom gave us a helpful tour when we arrived and we had everything we needed. The washing machine was helpful given our many sweaty adventures……

“Clean and spacious ”

“We had a wonderful stay at this unique property. Our host Paul was very responsive to any questions we had and he made some recommendations for nearby restaurants and local sites. The location is near enough to walk to several restaurants, small vendors and markets. It’s about a 20-25 minute walk to Old Town. The home was well stocked and exceptionally clean. The beds were super comfortable and the home was remarkably quiet considering it’s located in a fairly busy neighborhood. Our neighbors……

“The property was difficult to find for the Grab driver, but itself was alright. It is next to a tattoo parlor and bar, but the bar owner was wonderful and friendly. We were told by a local that we were in the "red light" district, which explained quite a bit. The residence itself was fine. Living room and kitchen were nice size. The bathroom, was fine, but no outlets. Shower was huge. Upstairs had two bedrooms of good size. I will say the upstairs and stair flooring was breaking down, and……
