“We booked a room with one queen bed and two twin beds to fit in two adults and two kids through hotels.com. But when we checked in, the hotel gave us a room with only one queen bed. We showed them the hotel confirmation letter. Their attitude was very bad. Theyl gave us one more room but with strong sewer smell, and not for free. They said that is the only solution they could provide us. After we argued for a while, they showed us another room, which is smaller and cheaper, but still with……
