“Le personnel est agréable mais il n’y a pas de réception véritablement .. une personne tient une permanence le matin .. le lieu est très agréable mais aucun personnel sur place notamment le soir et la nuit .. nous avons passé deux soirées un peu gâchées par notamment une réception organisée pour des touristes , environ 30 invités .. et ce fut un moment peu agréable en terme de bruit ...pourquoi ne pas privatiser l’endroit dans ce cas ??? l’isolation est également médiocre et le bruit de l’eau……

“This is a great property in the beautiful Tuscan country side. We unfortunately had booked only one night stay, and since we didn't check-in until 5pm we couldn't get a chance to fully enjoy what it had to offer. Getting there wasn't easy as our GPS got confused couple of times. Apparently the old road is closed, and that was the reason. The staff was friendly and attentive, the check-in process was smooth and fast. We enjoyed nice drinks on their outdoor patio after check-in, one negative……
