“Overall a lovely stay. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. Rooms are very clean. Pool too cold to swim in even though they said that it was heated. Wirlpool/hot-tub was on the cool side too. Couldn’t get sauna to work properly -however, I should have asked. Restaurant food was very good. ”

“Me and my wife stayed here 2 nights. The hotel has a very good location. Using our car, we have visited so many great villages around Tuscany. Also the hotel has a beautiful garden, very relaxing and also there was free parking. Inside the hotel, there are two rooms for common usage and it was so sweet. Our room was very clean. We used Wifi all the time and it was fast. There was also a device for cleaning the air inside the hotel so it was fresh 7/24. We made breakfast in the hotel 2 times.……

“We booked 4 rooms for a group of 8 people. The hotel is a winery inside a castle wall (with no nearby plantation) and the rooms are in well condition, spacious and fully equipped. The dinner were included and had a lot of choices and of good standard. The dinner place is a courtyard and was most enjoyable in the October weather. The captain of the restaurant Christian is most helpful. We have to give a special thank to reception staff Jonas. Our transport to the hotel was an electric rental car……

“Struttura molto bella e caratteristica, la piscina è un plus molto gradevole. I proprietari si sono dimostrati affabili e cortesi. Non merita 5 stelle perchè pagare 10 euro per il pacheggio interno di una moto mi è sembrato eccessivo. Viaggio molto in moto e non ho mai pagato così tanto per un parcheggio all'aperto.(in struttura mi hanno detto che per le auto chiedono di più!?!) Consiglio di chiarire i prezzi del parcheggio direttamente nella descrizione della struttura. In ogni caso è……

“When I was booking the hotel I saw a review complaining about the decor - crazy! The room is super large and beautifully decorated with a very authentic style. The view from our room was breathtaking. Location was perfect. Things to consider - no AC, just fan... in July, not great. Breakfast is good, but kind of simple and few options if you have food allergies. Parking can be a bit hard to find after late hours. Chairs around the table were not in great condition. But pros compensate the cons.”
