“Das Hotel ist sehr Nachhaltig und Modern. Das Frühstück sieht daher eher minimalistisch aus. Ist dennoch ausreichend. Die Frühstücksbestellung über QR Code war für uns mal was neues. Das Abendessen im Restaurant ist empfehlenswert. Der Duft im Hotel war für uns sehr angenehm, so das wir diesen sogar im nahe gelegenen Kloster für uns selber kauften. Wir waren mit allem sehr zu frieden. Auto elektrisch Laden kein Problem. Ein Besuch am Wochenende in Arezzo (Antiquitätenmarkt) war auch interessant.……

Everything was fantastic including the dining in all 3 restaurants…I highly recommend experiencing all 3 restaurants and at least 2x each (Osteria Del Borro should be Michelin rated with 2-stars, it’s heaven…I recommend their tasting menu that’s full of surprise extras, like 6 extra tastings). Best included breakfast ever in a beautiful setting with super large wine cellar. All 3 infinity pools……

“A Fascinating and perhaps haunted hotel off the beaten track. You will drive through the beautiful mountains to get there and it’s located in the shadow of an ancient Abby. The staff is lovely, the food at the in-house restaurant is great. And definitely get a bottle of the house red (it’s amazing). You will not be sorry you made this journey. ”

“We booked 4 rooms for a group of 8 people. The hotel is a winery inside a castle wall (with no nearby plantation) and the rooms are in well condition, spacious and fully equipped. The dinner were included and had a lot of choices and of good standard. The dinner place is a courtyard and was most enjoyable in the October weather. The captain of the restaurant Christian is most helpful. We have to give a special thank to reception staff Jonas. Our transport to the hotel was an electric rental car……
