“The property is an easy drive from Florence , located in beautiful surroundings with the rolling hills of Tuscany all around. We were able to explore Siena & multiple small centuries old towns. A car is a must here to go anywhere including Impruneta.The lodging is ample size for a family of 4 or 5. Loved that Mattia has a washer available for laundry. Mattia was a great host , made wonderful suggestions on places to go & was super easy to work with. Would recommend. Teri W from KY USA”

“The apartment is at the heart of the small village, central to several great restaurants and practically across the street from the incredible 11th century abbey. The place was very clean and has been recently renovated, but still had a very historic feel to it. Emanuel, our host, was very friendly and gracious. He offered several personal recommendations to restaurants and a wine tasting at a nearby castle, all of which were great! Would definitely stay here again!”

Cons: • Internet/cell connectivity in village is poor and upon arrival, couldn’t connect with cell phone OR my portable wifi. “Prachtige en heel centrale plek in Toscane. Perfecte omgeving om te fietsen. Mooie tuin met uitzicht. Heel vriendelijke beheerder.Het huisje is niet heel comfortabel - geen fijne bank, beetje ouderwets en heel koud, (verwarming via airco), geen fijne kussens om te slapen”

“The place wasreally great. We were a group of 8 People and one Baby. We had enough space in the house. The pool and the view was amazing. ”

“We felt a bit misled by the listing. It wasn’t disclosed that WiFi was sporadic at best; nonexistent at worst. The delightful “living room” with the “fireplace” shown in the photos, was in a detached building, completely unusable in March. We also had a 100 weekly fuel charge that wasn’t disclosed. But the view from the patio over the Tuscan Hills was spectacular, especially as Spring arrived. DO have Serena cook dinner for you! She is a treasure! 100 for”

“The location is amazing. House is surrounded by hills and valleys. Perfect view of Tuscany. Plenty of amenities. Very spacious and clean house. Stay is on the second floor so be prepared to carry the luggage. There are two bathrooms but only one shower. The shower drain was not properly draining so was a bit of an inconvenience since we were 8. Good for smaller groups. Highly recommend this stay. I was there during the end of March, was a bit chilly but I am sure it will be more beautiful in……

“Beautiful home in Castellina in Chianti where my daughter and I visited for the UTCC race. The property has four separate 'apartments' that share a parking lot, pool, and outdoor space. The views are amazing and the sunsets were beautiful. Our 2 Bedroom apartment was very spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed calling it 'home' for 6 nights. “Wenn man seine Ruhe haben möchte und Privatsphäre genießen will ist man hier genau richtig ! Vermieter sind sehr nett wohnen auch auf dem Grundstück . Das Haus ist wunderbar ein etwas rustikale Einrichtung aber das macht den toskanischen Flair auch etwas aus ☺️ Der Pool ist auch sehr schön gewesen diesen teilt man sich mit den anderen Urlaubern .
