“Family trip to India from USA. 2 rooms, 2 people per room. Husband/Wife, 2 sons. Pool was nice, breakfast did NOT have enough Options for Western Travelors, we like BLACK Coffee, BEEF, Bigger Omelettes, more Pinaple and Watermelon. The rooms did not have chairs, we needed a Desk with a Chair to do business. No Lift for the upstairs rooms, no Ventilation in the upper room hallways. Nice balconies! the front Desk should help travelers get Taxi's and speak enough English to make tourism……

“I was told they didn’t have cars to the airport so I hired someone separate, then when they came they got turned away and I had to pay them and the hotel driver that was apparently the only one allowed to give me a ride. But the staff were friendly, the place was kept clean, and the vegetarian restaurant had incredible food and service!”

“Second time staying at this excellent hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable and the three swimming pools are all very clean and lovely to use. The staff really go the extra mile to make your stay memorable. Always smiling and friendly and happy to take time to chat with the guests. The food is wonderful and the head chef takes great pride in his work. He is also very accommodating and happy to take on any challenges if you want something that’s not on the menu. “My fiancé and I booked a night at The Beach House. It was an amazing stay. Everything is so well looked after and well organised. Clean bathrooms and toilets, comfortable bed (which was much needed)—was a relaxing stay! Everything was taken care of. “I loved it here. Efficient friendly staff in all areas... the pool guys, the room service, Lovelita and Richa welcoming faces in Reception. I extended my trip twice and have nice memories.
