“Great hotel property. Beautiful pool, new, novel, clean. Restaurants on site. Front desk tried to upsell me $30 for a room with a view. When I declined they said they had to upgrade me anyway. Deceptive. Chattanooga has a bad homeless and drug problem. It’s all over the place. So the area doesn’t feel safe. I’m a strong, fit man with self defence training. I didn’t love waking down MLK boulevard…other than that the hotel itself is very nice..”

“The staff was excellent; the pool was great, and the lobby large with comfortable seating. The room was very spacious and and lovely. Part of the bathroom had been renovated, but the area with the shower/tub & toilet could use some work. I would definitely stay here again.”
