“We held a family reunion with 14 adults and 6 toddlers / infants and this was one of the only places available in the Dallas / Ft Worth metro. If you are looking for a no-frills spot to just hang around the house together, this one is for you. The pool was a hit, but the host does nickle-and-dime you with a charge by the hour for the hot tub (it does get hot quickly). The house is in okay condition, but it could use some improvements. The beds weren’t very comfortable and were squeaky. The bunk……

“Took opportunity to relax with my brother who had surgery about a month ago. The house and rec area was all on one level and convenient to Bridgeport and Decatur. Weather was perfect..water views were spectacular. ”

“Kristin is a great host when communicating with the whole process from beginning to end. Staying in a lakefront property even in winter was great. Our family enjoyed sunrises and sunsets with hot coffee watching the amazing views off the back deck.The fire pit was a nice touch. There was plenty of room for all twelve of us. “This was a great vacation home and very comfortable. The reason I gave it 4 starts was because there was no internet, and the TV was really slow. If you are looking for a place to relax and unplug, this is he place for you, but I was there for work and internet would have been nice. Itwas a great place though”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. The water on the lake was down, but the host messaged me right away after booking to let me know just in case I wanted to cancel. We went anyway and I'm so glad we did. The property was very nice and we had plenty of room for our group. the home was very clean and comfortable, too. We live close to Fort Worth and just wanted someplace not too far since it was only for two nights. I would definitely consider staying here again.”

Stayed over Thanksgiving week, so couldn’t really utilize the lake. But it would be a perfect summer stay! Beautiful view.”
