“What a wonderful stay in a gorgeous lake home. From initial contact to having a few questions prior to arriving, the host was spot on woth communication. The home was exactly as pictured and was even better in person. The multi level set up was great. We spent alot of time outside and enjoying the dock and swimming. An amazing weekend was had by all. We will b3 booking again in the future!!!”

“We held a family reunion with 14 adults and 6 toddlers / infants and this was one of the only places available in the Dallas / Ft Worth metro. If you are looking for a no-frills spot to just hang around the house together, this one is for you. The pool was a hit, but the host does nickle-and-dime you with a charge by the hour for the hot tub (it does get hot quickly). The house is in okay condition, but it could use some improvements. The beds weren’t very comfortable and were squeaky. The bunk……

“This was our second time and just like the first, we had an amazing time. Jimmy and his family are so nice and attentive to the needs of their guests. We came to spend quality time as a family. We had a few extra family members come out to shoot, fish, cook out and have smores, i let Jimmy know that and he had no problems with that. We didn't catch any fish but the memories made here are so worth it! Thank you so much Zimmerman family and we'll see you next time!”

“Took opportunity to relax with my brother who had surgery about a month ago. The house and rec area was all on one level and convenient to Bridgeport and Decatur. Weather was perfect..water views were spectacular. ”

“I was so excited to find this home to stay in during a family holiday weekend. My sister lives right around the corner so I was familiar with the rural setting and thrilled that there was a home so close to her rather than having to stay in Decatur. One amenity that we didn’t use but will keep in mind for future visits is that this home is handicap friendly with the exception of a downstairs shower. The first level is all floor, no bumps or awkward transitions and there is a small half bath……

“The apartment was spotless, comfortable and so cute! We had a great view of the night sky from the porch. It really felt like we were out in the country despite being just a few minutes from the town square. And the blueberry scones are amazing! ”

“I love the size of the house perfect for what we needed. I wish there would’ve been a full kitchen. It would’ve made things a lot easier. Overall, I love the place friendly the store right in front clean and quiet.”

“We stayed at the end cabin in the cabin complex. The cabin and the complex were really nice. The cabin was one main level with an upstairs loft area and a downstairs back porch area. It was open and spacious with a nice wood decor. The complex had fire pits, corn hole, a sauna, a hot tub etc... The whole place was nice and well thought out. Overall, it was great. I especially enjoyed morning coffee on the upper back deck and more evening smores than I could handle! There was one minor……
