“Good prompt communication from the start. Staff who thankfully allowed us to leave cases in apartment before check in as we arrived at 11am. Good clean modern apartment with good amenities for the stay including a fully equipped kitchen and everything you need in the bathroom. TV only had Italian channels but you can use smart channels or screen share from your device. The bedroom has USB sockets installed either side of the bed. “at first, overwhelmed by the greetings from all the staffs in the lobby, too friendly or overwhelmed is subjective. what really threw us off was that as a five star hotel that emphasized on services, charging for bottled water was just ridiculous. this was the first five star hotel where we were charged for bottled water. besides, the brand they offered was the same as a FOUR STAR hotel nearby, and they gave out the water nonstop and fully complimentary!! DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE. ”

A noisy room

"I have mentioned to have a silent room about one month before I arrive. Unfortunately the room window towards bar street which makes noise at night and morning also included truck noise, street cleaning noise … otherwise all are good! Especially the food in sfizo, good quality and tasty as usual! Really suggest to go to try! The team from hotel is good! Smiling and warm. "
