“Amazing stay! Michal was great and picked us up from the airport. We had a beautiful room with a view of the city and Prague Castle. “Firstly, the hotel has been sold, which hasn’t been named as it nowadays. Secondly, on the website of the hotel, it mentions that you’ll have the passcode to access the building by checking online; however, if you’re booking the room via a third party portal, you won’t receive the check in-in form. Thirdly, the hanger of shower fell apart by itself whereas it wasn’t fixed on the committed date. Lastly, it won’t clean up the room during your stay in 7 days.”

“I live in this hotel for the wedding trip with friends. Staffs are very helpful and nice for everything. If you have any needs, just try to discuss with them.
