“I was welcomed by Robin at the reception. She made the check seamless and was very polite. She answered all my questions also guided me to the nearest restaurant for my dinner as well ”

“The remodled office was beautiful. Pet friendly motel. Complimentary pet towel and dog biscuit. Bright and friendly. Room was clean, nice tv, bed was ok. My only criticisms were the door has a gap under and around it ( easily fixed with weather stripping). It would keep the rooms more efficient for heat and air. It would also cut the traffic noise. The annoying thing was the tv kept buffering for over 3 hrs. Gave up and went to bed. This is not against the staff as they were great. But $99.10……

“去滨州滑雪，预订了这个酒店。由于下雪，开车晚到了几个小时，服务生一直在等我们入住，非常热情，给人感觉很好。下次去还会再住这里。”

“看起来不错：有个小型游泳池，孩子们在里面戏水，房间也够宽敞，看起来蛮整洁的，前台服务也很好。可惜入住房间后发现里面没有冰箱和微波炉；洗手间的地板是软的，估计曾经泡过水；洗澡 间没有shampoo。有点失望。”

“Management has room for improvement. The hotel and room looks good. But the microwave inside the room is not working. The coffee maker was not in good condition that we had to bring it to the front desk, then it was fixed by violence.”
