This was actually my second time staying at this location, and coincidentally, I was placed in the same room on both visits. I did notice a consistent, subtle odor in the room—it had the scent of an older space with limited air circulation, carrying a slightly damp or musty smell, with a faint hint of cigarette smoke. While not overpowering, it was noticeable. That said, the room itself was clean and well-kept.……

“The hotel itself was fine, but I had a rather unpleasant experience due to some of the other guests. At around 1 a.m., there were guests constantly opening and closing their room doors, creating a lot of noise. Furthermore, several people were talking loudly and laughing in the hallway, making it impossible for me to get any rest. This lack of consideration for others' comfort was truly disappointing.”

“We stayed for one night for a concert. Stafwas friendly, personable, and easy to work with. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. It was exactly what we were looking for ”

“The tiles in the bathroom are cracked, and cockroaches are hiding beneath them. When I was using the toilet, they crawled out from the cracks. What's even more terrifying is that they climbed onto my bed and pillow. At that time, my son and I were sleeping. A little thing was crawling around under my neck. I was so scared that I almost screamed. I can't believe that I spent over a hundred dollars and got such treatment.”
