“This was a one night stay on our last night of our trip. The refrigerator did not work but all we had were waters to keep cold. We got there late in the evening so did not ask for them to change it out. Otherwise a very nice stay. ”

“Although we only stayed for one night, the sunset alone was worth it. I am so glad that I chose to book a room on the lake view side. We were able to watch the sun set over the lake. We were also able to sit out on the balcony and enjoyed the beautiful weather. If you're not able to book one of the lake view rooms, there are 2 look out points just a block or so down the street. Out one night stay was wonderful. The only negative thing I would have to say is that I wish we could turn the balcony……

“Only stayed one night. Nice newer " boutique " hotel. A no frills, very well thought out design. Only drawback, and not the hotel's fault, was the other guests. Why do people think they're the only guests in a hotel? If you are checking out, stop letting the door slam 10 times to get your kids/luggage out. Have some courtesy for your neighbors for x's sake.”

“I like the newness of the place. Comfortable and clean rooms and property. We have 2 dogs and they were welcomed. Unfortunately the pool was closed. My daughter was disappointed ”

“We liked everything about this property. We will be telling others about Candlewood Suites. We will be staying again in the future. I really loved the cuboards and the fact that they were stocked with plates, cereal bowls, salad bowls etc. Drawers had silverware for for 2 people plus can opener etc. Stove refrigerator microwave. This is top notch. Staff was so polite and enjoyable too. We came down from Cheboygan MI for a funeral this made our trip worth it. Thank you.”
